- Defrost thoroughly before cooking. This product is raw, ensure fully cooked before consumption. Once defrosted, do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and use within 24hrs. Standard cooking in foil 1. Fully defrosted fillet 2. Wrap the fillet in foil and place on to a baking tray 3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C 4. Put the baking tray with the fillet into the Oven 5. Cooking time around 17-19 mins or until cooked (Core temperature must be over 76 °C) 6. Serve Batter fillet 1. Fully defrosted fillet 2. Prepare batter mix a. Mix self-rising flour with water b. Whisk the mixture vigorously to a runny texture (Not as thick as a paste and not as thin as water) c. Add a pinch of salt d. Let the mixture sit for about 15 mins, air bubble will slowly form 3. Preheat the clean oil to 200 °C 4. Dip fillet into the batter mix, evenly cover the fillet with an adequate amount of batter mix 5. Gently place the fillet into the oil 6. Fry each side around 4 mins or until golden yellow (Core temperature must be over 76 °C) 7. Serve
